Automatic File Deletion
All uploaded files and converted outputs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 1 hour after conversion. We do not inspect, copy, or retain your files.

Because MiConvert is available worldwide, we are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws across various jurisdictions:
GDPR (Europe) & UK GDPR
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation by minimizing data collection to zero and ensuring that any technical data processing is lawful, fair, and transparent.
CCPA (California)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, we confirm that we do not sell or share any user data with third parties.
Vietnamese Law (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP)
We comply with the Decree on Personal Data Protection, ensuring that users have full rights and transparency regarding data processing.
4. Your User Rights
Even though we collect zero personal data, we respect your fundamental data rights. If any minimal technical data is ever collected, you have the Right to Access, Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten), and Right to Data Portability. Because we do not store personal data, there is effectively nothing to delete or port, ensuring your absolute privacy by default.
