Why Bake 3D Texture Atlas?

3D models with dozens of separate materials and textures require multiple 'draw calls' from the GPU, which severely degrades performance in real-time rendering environments like web browsers or mobile AR.

Texture baking solves this by projecting all materials (colors, normals, roughness) onto a single new image (an atlas). Our tool automates this complex process using Blender Cycles, replacing dozens of materials with a single, highly optimized PBR material.

How to use this tool
