DMCA Policy
1. Introduction
MiConvert Team ("MiConvert", "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the written information specified below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying MiConvert that your copyrighted material has been infringed.

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
MiConvert Team maintains a strict Repeat Infringer Policy. If we discover that a user repeatedly uploads or converts copyrighted material without authorization, we reserve the right to permanently block their IP address or account from accessing our services.
